About Her Royal Family

The Greater Sylhet region predominantly includes the Sylhet Division in Bangladesh. The final raja of the Ita Kingdom, Raja Subid Narayan, built his fort in the Barua Hills, which remains today as ruins. He is also known to have built more large ponds such as the Balda Sagar and Sagar Dighi initially for his daughter, Kamla Rani, and to make space for a palace.

Subid lost a battle in 1610 in which South Sylhet became under the rule of Afghan chieftain Khwaja Usman. Usman's rule was interrupted after Mughal General Islam Khan I's attack in 1612 leading to complete Mughal control of Sylhet. Ludi Khan was appointed the Amil of Sylhet. He was succeeded by his son, Jahan Khan who was a minor assisted by the Tehsildars of Taraf; Basu Das and Rajendra.

Wiccan Journey

Promiti’s Wiccan Journey and interest started off in her childhood when Mam Ipsita Roy Chakraverti's interview was published in a Bengali magazine called Sananda. Her mother Late Mrs. Bithika Ghosh was a Reiki Therapist and Pranic Healer, in the Department of Alternative Medicines at Vivekananda Polyclinic Lucknow.

Her mother instilled the positive values of Wicca in Promiti. Promiti says, "Ma helped me experience the divine forces and energies around me.” Promiti took a self-initiation into Wicca in 2003, she is a Voracious Reader and says, "Learning never ends in Wicca.”
Promiti was drawn to the Tarot Cards on a casual visit to the universal book store in Lucknow. She says, “Tarot came naturally to me. I have never memorized the cards.”
Promiti is a solitary wiccan with her wiccan name "Diana". Strange enough in the world pantheon Diana is Goddess Kali. Promiti has a Siddhi of Ma Kaali. The Siddhi happened to her in July in 2013, when she met her tantric Guru, Late Dr. Nirtund Mishra, Professor at Lucknow University. He told her to do a Puja, and after 21 days, the ferocious form of Ma Kali appeared in the Havan Plate. She has had visions and prophetic dreams since childhood and old historical places and forts allure her. Wicca found her. She has the marks of a natural witch in her body, like her palm, cluster of moles around her neck etc. Also, her Horoscope confirms the fact that the journey is from her previous births. She is a Psychic of the highest order and is Clairvoyant, Clairaudient, Clairsentient, Clairempathic, Claircognizant, Clairessent .
Wicca is vast, ancient yet futuristic. Wiccans are scholars of the highest order and old souls who are here to help the people of the world. Being Wiccan in the 21st Century is not easy Wiccan & Pagan Practice is now legal. The social outcasting, and negative stereotypes still follow young Wiccans today.
As Promiti says, “My job is to educate people and stop the negative vibes. In the real-world people around are more harmful than Wiccans, as real power is not about harming.”

Questions (faq’s)

The tarot is a pack of playing cards, used from the mid-15th century in various parts of Europe to play games such as Italian tarocchini, French tarot and Austrian Königrufen, many of which are still played today. In the late 18th century, some tarot decks began to be used for divination via tarot card reading and cartomancy leading to custom decks developed for such occult purposes.
